- The property should be 2 BHK or above
- Customer should have possession certificate in hand, and the unit should already handed over from the builder
- Design will be finalised on the day of the challenge and it cannot be later
- Customer will be given 3D Visualisation, VR experience on the day of the challenge
- The property should located in Bangalore, India
- Booking for the 1 day challenge will be 10% and 40% will be on the day of the challenge
- The property should have proper electricity and data network
- Booking amount will be 100% before 7 days of booking, 40%will not be refunded
- 1 day challenge will cost 12999 will be added with 10%
